We are thrilled to be working with the Sundance Institute for a second year to support their mission to discover and foster independent artists. The official Sundance Film Festival website features interviews with filmmakers, round table discussions, video highlights on events, and much more.

Brightcove's external ad feature opens up a wide world of possible ad formats. John Huebner's new article in the Developer Center gives one example: banner ads that appear to fly out from behind the player when they're displayed.

Canoe.ca to Stream “Together for Haiti” Benefit Event Tonight Live on Brightcove

Tonight at 8:00 pm, Canoe.ca and a host of other media organizations will broadcast a benefit show, “Together for Haiti,” to raise donations to help victims of the recent earthquake. The event will feature performances from dozens of artists who have united together to help the people of Haiti.
